About

My experience in architecture spans over two decades, with dozens of projects in both commercial and residential architecture. I have managed office staff, designers, drafters as well as met with consultants and clients for many projects over the years. I am a registered architect with the State of California and a LEED AP. I take pride in what I do and can work from design to construction documents as well as meet with key personnel from clients, to building officials as well as public entities. I have worked on projects both public and private. I have a great deal of retail, commercial and light industrial experience as well as single-family, custom homes, hotels, resorts, home developments, and small residential project experience. I have worked on several public works projects, Government projects, and ADA-related projects. I am fully CAD literate (AutoCAD, Sketch-up & Revit), I possess a high level of computer skills ranging from MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint to MS Project, plus some Photoshop, graphic, and web design. I am a team player that will take charge as well as delegate to ensure the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the clients (& code) specifications.
