OBMI designed a coastal development plan for this exclusive tourism destination on the Red Sea coast, setting a new standard for sustainability and luxury. Encompassing a vast area of land and sea, the masterplan protects untouched landscapes while providing intimate spaces which will define the guests experience. A focus on long-term sustainability is embodied by a holistic design that enhances the surrounding environment, complementing the heritage of a culture that lives in harmony with the desert, mountains, and sea. The architecture balances the adventurous natural setting through visual representations of dancing waves and dunes.
