Being from the dense city, Brooklyn, New York I was influenced from an early age in the exploration of art and creativity. I once heard the expression, “first we build the city and then the city builds us”, and this hold true as I was inspired by style of aesthetics of the city as well as the function of diversity of culture which led to the diversity of creativity. This gave me innovation to pursue architecture, and from the years of practicing and studying architecture, I came to my very own conclusion of architecture, which is the interaction between art and function. From this, I try to approach every project with these two ideas as a principle of framework in designing. In addition to designing, I’m also gravitated toward the conceptual contemporary style of architecture toward future design and digital visualization. I believe that each architecture tells a story, and my fondness toward the digital visualization, gives me a way of telling that story.
