This project will consist of a new building for a physical therapy clinic. The occupancy will be new business per 2015 IBC & NFPA. The lot is zoned C-A per east baton parish zoning code. 

The new single-story structure will be approx 3,500 SF, wood framed construction with brick veneer & metal roof. The building will be protected by a fire alarm system and will not be sprinklered.

This project will be constructed within an existing shopping center parking lot near the intersections of lee drive & highland road. The existing site will be regraded for the new building pad and to connect to existing parking lot drainage.
