Role:
• Project Architect as a lead team member, interacting with client, architects,
engineers to develop and analyze the construction process to maximize
construction efficiency, enhance project documentation & delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Worked on a mixed-use high end residential project.
• Preparing BIM Guidelines for project specific requirements.
• Create and Maintain Architectural BIM Models for Project Specific
Requirements.
• Responsible for the overall development and implementation of a specific
project assignment.
• Production of high-quality 3D BIM Models in Revit.
• Develop schematic and detailed level Revit models including modelling interior
and exterior architectural elements. (Up-to LOD 300)
• Collaborate with internal / external team members on project deadlines and
workflow milestones.
• Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information by raising RFI’s,
Clash reports.
• Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations, wall sections and all detail
drawings for various design stages.
• Worked on common data environment like BIM 360.
