I am an architectural designer with over thirty years in the industry, experienced in:
- Government: Numerous facilities projects, both as designer and manager/owner’s representative
- Residential: High-end, single and multi-family housing, land and master planning
- Corporate: Free-standing buildings and commercial interiors
- Hospitality: Retail, bars and restaurants, casinos and resorts
- Institutional / Industrial / Medical Facilities
- Lighting design
My past experience in the National Capital Region includes five years with AECOM that consisted of three years with the Pentagon Renovation Program, one year on site with ADF - East, and then a year with the DMJM Rottet Studio as Project Architect on a variety of high-end corporate interiors projects.
I then spent a year each with the studios of IA and Mancini Duffy before going back to AECOM for a position with HSMM in DC where I specialized in programming & space planning for numerous government / defense contractor facilities and significant BRAC relocations.
In 2010, I returned to facilities work at Fort Belvoir for another five years. My most recent position was as a Senior Designer with the U. S. Marshals, designing and coordinating their detention and office spaces in Federal Courthouses across the country. Please see my comprehensive resumé for additional data.
