This high-rise residential building project, for which we conducted a conceptual study, features 12 levels of apartments offering modern living spaces designed for comfort and convenience. The ground floor is allocated for retail stores, creating a vibrant commercial area, while the first story is designated for office spaces, catering to professional needs. Additionally, the building includes two underground levels reserved for parking, ensuring ample space for residents, office workers, and visitors. The design integrates functionality with urban lifestyle, offering a seamless blend of residential, commercial, and professional environments.

Additional Credits: This project was a collaborative effort, shared between myself and my colleague Mouad. Together, we contributed to the conceptual study, with mouad playing a key role in developing the design while I focused on 3D modeling, and rendering. Our combined efforts brought this high-rise residential project to life, blending functionality and modern design.
