School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago, Bachelors, Interior Architecture
SAIC provided the opportunity to be taught by notable architects and artists, including some that have worked under Helmut Jahn. There were challenging assignments and projects that pushed my design process and critical thinking skills. We did constant drawing and pin ups, with weekly mini critiques, followed by biweekly large scale critiques with guest critics. Model making was essential for every project, from the beginning concept to the final design.
