PARUS CENTER is a cutting-edge architectural complex envisioned for Saint Petersburg’s new cultural hub in the Neva Delta. Its standout and unforgettable design features a network of curved, sail-shaped load-bearing structures, evoking the striking image of a majestic ship setting sail into the horizon.
Spanning over 70,000 square meters, the center offers year-round public spaces, including state-of-the-art exhibition halls, lecture rooms, auditoriums, concert venues, libraries, and observation decks located at various levels.
The complex is designed to host major exhibitions, events, and broadcasts celebrating the history and culture of Saint Petersburg and Russia. Adding to its allure are large-scale laser projections onto its inner walls and captivating displays of 3D holographic scenes and objects within the central atrium.
The architectural design aligns precisely with the cardinal directions, ensuring the central atrium serves as an exceptional panoramic vantage point for sunset views. The façade’s sail-like elements double as massive projection screens, creating a stunning centerpiece for an open-air landscape stage. This design also integrates a spectator zone set within the amphitheater-like embankments at the confluence of the Bolshaya and Malaya Neva Rivers.
