I am an accomplished engineering firm technical illustrator and graphic artist with 20+ years of experience in clearly showing all visual aspects of proposed architectural, engineering, and construction projects through photo-realistic digital illustration.
Right out of college, I was originally hired by a leading consulting engineering firm known globally today as the Parsons Corporation, to fill a marker renderer/graphic design position which has given me the opportunity to grow into the professional artist I am today.
Primarily, I was responsible for creating photo-realistic renderings of proposed highway, bridge, tunnel, railroad, and aviation projects, using Adobe Photoshop and 3D Studio Max. I have created graphs, charts, logos, custom vector art, detailed cross sections, and highway corridor improvement maps using Adobe Illustrator.
Working directly with project managers, proposal coordinators, construction plans, and 3D modeling, was essential before developing final renderings for client presentation. My mastery of Adobe Photoshop not only gave me the creative advantage in creating photo-realistic renderings, but has also earned me the lead position in acquiring key rendering assignments for such multi-million dollar transportation projects as the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Rehabilitation Project, the Ferguson Slide State Route 140 Highway Alternatives, the Caldecott Tunnel 4th BoreProject, and the Goethals Bridge Replacement Project.
