Vancouver's 33rd Laneway House (ADU)

Designed and redesigned during the evolutionary introduction of changes to British Columbia's building code to allow accessory dwelling units as secondary living spaces in single family residential zones.  The ADU uses energy saving technology, and a flexible floor plan to accommodate dwellers who need either a 1br+garage, 1br+220SF living space, or 2 ground floor bedrooms.
