Stallan-Brand have had been busy working with Scotland's Rural College SRUC on a range of campus planning initiatives across their country wide estate which strecthes from Dumfries to Aberdeen. Consulting with students, teaching staff, researchers and the SRUC Estates team has informed the process each step of the way.

It is an exciting time for SRUC. SRUC have a fascinating and unique offer within the education sector. Like many Higher Education sector clients SRUC have been reviewing their complex curriculum and research requirements and how their physical environment supports their needs. 

Our studio has certainly learned an enormous amount about the importance of our sustainable land based industries, food science, animal welfare to name just a few topics.  To keep things interesting the range and type of of accommodation that we have surveyed for SRUC has included specialist laboratories to vast milking sheds.
