STK :p partners with developers and investors in making various types of entitlements in the west coast region. With the architectural services provided internally, STK :p participates in entitlements by taking a percentage ownership of entitlement projects.

STK :d plans to expand its expertise into developing apartments and commercial properties. Integrating the activities of three disciplines intertwined, STK will function as a diversified, yet an undivided professional service and development company.
