The city of Tonekabon is located in northern Iran and is situated next to the Caspian Sea. It is an area with good weather, with moderate and humid climates and is a very tourist-friendly city. The "Golbam" project was designed at the request of the Army Cooperative Company for Army retirees who had medium financial power, and I was a member of the design and execution team of this project. In this project, several small English-style house patterns were presented by the design team, with the goal of preserving green space and the surrounding area, in such a way that two villas were designed in the volume of one house. The total volume of the villas was divided equally and with the same area between the two houses that were placed in it.
Pattern number one in 2 floors with a total area of 127 square meters designed. The upper floor with an area of 63 square meters has been optimized for maximum space under the stairs for small storage. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and a small terrace with a beautiful view has also been considered in this floor. The design of the second pattern on two floors with a total of 141 square meters has been designed. This pattern is designed with the use of space on the same floor, to provide a bedroom for guests while maintaining a distance from the bedrooms on the upper floor, in order to preserve the privacy of the residents. The first floor also has a relatively large terrace in addition to the bedrooms.
Design number three is designed with2 floor with a total area of 155 square meters. in the entrance area of the villa, a parking lot is designed. On the first floor, three bedrooms and two terraces are designed.
