1,500-foot tower designed by Shane Keena. Rising 1,355 feet to the roof, this building would put Atlanta behind few in the national rankings, at the #8 spot on the list of projects in the United States. Features would include built-in LED ribbon boards, two overhangs for covered outdoor activities and pick up/drop off, a large plaza with green space built for the annual New Years' Eve Atlanta Peach Drop and other mass-attendance events, and a lobby built for checkpoints. The overall development would be built for a diversity of uses. From the lower floors featuring the requisite office space, to the upper floors including hotel rooms and residential units, and even the lobby itself being built to support retail and food/liquor sales, this building will be built for the modern southern professional, and a variety of uses would ensure the continued use of the building year-round. A modern aesthetic was chosen to keep the building unique, and a lighter touch was implemented to oppose some of the darker glazing Atlanta has.
