Solar Futures Residence, located in Woodbury University in Burbank, CA, is a Solar Decathlon build challenge winner named and awarded Most Innovative Construction Technology. It is the first 3-D printed unit in Los Angeles, California. The winning concept relies on the 3D-printed, low-carbon, micro-living campus housing structure fully powered by renewable energy source. The unit manages housing insecurity and global warming by proposing a viable and affordable housing solution.
