I am a 2016 graduate from Judson University with my masters in Architecture. I currently Work Remotely for Modsy as an Interior Design Stylist, my contract is coming to an end soon. I have finished my AXP hours and now studying to take the ARE test sections. . Revit is the program I use the most and most preferred. I have been using the program since 2011. I can set/build the model, get the CD's, and do rendering all in Revit using the cloud (the fastest way and also can render more than one scene) although you can use the computer for rendering which is slower and can only do one at a time. I am very comfortable and confident in my skills where you can give me 2D plans and I will make it into a Revit model with floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, and 3D renderings, I can go as far as customizing materials that Revit may not have loaded in. I can go basic or get very detailed depending on what is asked or required. I know how to use AutoCad, but I am more comfortable using Revit (more efficient) . I am very comfortable with using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I know how to use Sketchup and Microsoft programs like word and excel.
Have experience in Modern Residential, Recreational spaces, and Commercial Buildings. Revit and Rendering in Revit (the cloud) are my specialties.
Interior design experience- furniture plans, picking out colors for walls, textures, art, furniture , lighting and doing interior elevation plans. Revit Renderings correlating to plans with materials ,lighting, ect .
I also have experience doing Graphic Design. Logos, business cards, brochures, Menus, T-shirt design.
I love to Express the experiences in the spaces, I pay special attention to Details, Colors, Materials along side the Technical side. Revit makes the possibility to be able to see and develop a project to the minuscule detail.
