The following project is my graduate (third year) project at Coventry University. As a part of my project's development diffferent skills and strategies had to be involved and applied.  

The main idea behind this project is to build a space which is bringing the communities of Coventry together because there is a separation between the main communities: students and residents. The building will accomplish forming new relationships between them. It will also explore new opportunities of how people can interact with each other and learn new skills that they like but they haven’t got the chance to learn before. It will also try to represent through its architecture and through its functional representation the peaks and down falls of the history of Coventry. It will promote the culture of the city and the visions of the city, new and old. It’s going to bring the people of Coventry, and its visitors, back in time from mid 15th Century, where Coventry was in one of its industrial peaks for clothing, to Second world war’s bombing, where Coventry was literally leveled with the ground itself. In addition, the city has been chosen to be “city of culture 2021” and the project will help developing this culture by improving the intercommunication between the different cultures that exist in the city.

In conclusion, the idea for the project is to create a bridge: mental and physical. The mental/spiritual bridge will be the part where the people can actually go through time with the help of new technologies (VR Museum) and the physical bridge will be accomplished with the help of an actual bridge which already exists but will be refurbished and joined with the building (it will go through and besides the building).
