My name is Ruixin Jiang and I graduated from the Architecture School of University of Southern California in May 12 2023. Since I was recently introduced to your firm and was impressed with what I learned of project, I’m submitting my resume for the opportunity for Revit Draftsperson/Designer position at your company. Given the skills and experience outlined in my enclosed resume, I believe I could be a worthy member to your team.

I have completed my 5-year Bachelor of Architecture in Xi’an University of architecture and technology. I have two internship experiences in two different architectural design and research institute in China, which let me to learn a lot about real architecture design and some engineering knowledge that only study didn’t give to me. During my internship, I was deeply inspired by the captivating beauty, logical structure, and progressive architectural theories and technical knowledge I encountered in a foreign country. This experience motivated me to pursue further education in architectural design, leading me to choose the United States as my destination. I am proud to say that I have successfully completed my architecture master program at the University of Southern California.

Throughout my studies, I developed a strong interest in parametric design, utilizing tools such as Dynamo for Revit and Grasshopper for Rhino. Additionally, I acquired extensive knowledge of construction techniques, technical specifications, and building codes during my master's degree. Immersing myself in the world of Building Information Modeling (BIM), I got my skills in Revit, preparing myself for a professional career in the field. I deeply value the opportunity to study and work in such an enriching environment. Becoming an architect has always been my dream, and I firmly believe that finding the right team is crucial to achieving success in this field.
