Rosser worked with Italian architect Alberto Izzo Partners on this design/build project developing an entire brigade complex in Vicenza, Italy. The original base was built after WWII and until recently the air base was operated as an Italian air base. The US recently reclaimed the use of the base which is in need of major upgrades and new facilities. The project includes demolishing nearly 90% of the existing facilities and replacing them with brand new state of the art facilities and utilities including natural gas, telecommunications and water works. Rosser provided: Building Systems; Utilities; Civil Works; Communications; LEED (sustainability); Interior Design
The base comprises 50 state-of-the-art buildings and has been awarded LEED Gold certification.
