My thesis project, Amphibious Redbook, deals with critical issues like lack of connectivity due to BQE, social integration, and flooding due to rising sea levels in 2100, which aligns with the firms' research interests like strategic thinking and long-term sustainable growth. The disconnectedness of Red Hook, limited low-income housing, and weak infrastructure offer major obstacles, yet these issues also make Red Hook so fertile with promise.
