Richard coordinated a 50-person team of architects and engineers for the $8-10 billion Design Build project in preparing scoping documents, site evaluations and test-fits for the four jail projects in Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, and Queens which total approximately 2.5 million square feet.
