Brett Kratzer formed Reztark Design Studio in 2006 because he felt development lacked a communal component in design. We live in the spaces between the buildings we build, there’s an interconnectedness to it all. Good design builds community, community fuels legacy, legacy begets experience, experience formulates places for our clients.
