The Bronx River House is a pioneering development that serves as the operations building for the restoration and operation of the Bronx River Greenway and its adjacent areas. This building, which is occupied and managed by the Bronx River Alliance on behalf of the Park and various public and community groups, is notable for its sustainability achievements.
