An active seniors community for K Hovnanian Homes at Palm Springs -- consisting of 6 plans with 3 elevations each and a 20,000 SF Community Center - The Lodge. Designed a new image for the product, modeled after the bungalows of the Southern California foothill towns of the 1920-30's.
