The Project is developed under a single-family housing scheme without any commercial line and no provision of ecotourism services, it is based on a 3-level building located at the bottom of the land, but before reaching it, there are a couple of rooms with bathroom private to the right elevated with piles which allows the absorption of rainwater and rainwater flow and a rectangular black swimming pool with a section of 4 x 8 meters next to a wooden deck; on the left.
The shape of the main building is a cube displaced on columns with a wraparound element on the sides diagonally to allow clean front views with glazing with access to front terraces. The 3 levels have a sound system via bluetooth.
The set of rooms on the right side are two symmetrical volumes with prominent demarcations to the contour of windows and doors with the function of sun protection, both have a full bathroom and an area of approximately 17 m2 for the distribution of beds and closets.
The swimming pool displaced on the natural level of the land in a rectangular shape has a lounge area on one side based on a wooden deck for the permeability of the land and added access to the main volume, the depth ranges from 1.25 to 1.50 meters and the nights the led lighting on one side enhances the atmosphere.
The predominant architectural style throughout the project is a fusion of contemporary and functionalist which gives an aspect of simplicity and elegance that harmonizes with the environment.
