A|Z Villa located in Dubai Hills Estate developed by master developer Emaar. The site faces the street on the west side and a park on the east site with neighboring houses on the north and south side.

A|Z Villa has a series of three courtyards accessible from the Main Entrance (West Side). The program of the villa faces the courtyards allowing large glass windows to be provided while respecting the privacy of the resident as well as the neighbors.

The massing consist of 4 rectangular blocks, slanted to accommodate the 2nd level of the villa. The East and West facade has no openings thus preventing heat gain during the summer while the south and north facade celebrates larger glass windows on the lower level that are positioned to protect the house from heat gain.

The external finish of the villa celebrates the RAW finish of concrete interlaced with exterior wood elements.

The architectural planes and finishes extend from outside to the inside of the Villa creating a unified expression throughout.
