Back of House –  A Maintenance Facility Building designed for a luxury residential project.  Located on an 11 Acre Site on Anguilla’s north shore. This building not only housed all the necessary functions for the housing complex, but was the first building both residents and visitors would see as they approach the site.  This building set the architectural language, as well as the spatial experience for the entire project.

The design concept for the residential project was “The Found Landscape” inspired by the Arawak Indians (native to this island). The concept was a blend of natural elements of air, water, and land to create an earth-friendly built environment that inspired a deep appreciation for the spatial experience both within the nature and the architecture.
