A new advanced 170,000 sf molecular biology, neurobiology and microbiology, research facility. The new building adheres to the campus architectural and landscape master plan. Associate Architects Overland Partners designed a five-story structure with a central six-story heat-recovery system for energy conservation. WHR provided high-efficiency project management and collaboration between design team, construction manager and owner facilitated more effective quality control, enabling successful delivery of the facility in a shorter period .
