Revitalization of the urban / economic center of Campeche, the walled city.

The market, which found its beginnings in the 70's, is today in a situation of economic abandonment, but not functional, since it continues to house more than 150 stalls which are nourished by the customers that come to the site by public transport itself, which has exceeded its operational capacity. The proposal seeks to rethink the operation of the site in 3.5 hectares, connecting it with the historic center of the city and, in turn, with the sea through the so-called "Puerta de Mar" and "Puerta de Tierra", centenary elements of the coastal city.
