New Orleans is a city rich in architecture and character, this semester (Fall 2013) I analyzed the city of New Orleans in three scales which led to a serious of diagrams of the city which revealed the cities architectural typologies. The neighborhood of the Marigny revealed convergent history and architecture which led to the design of a museum of the city of New Orleans. The program consisted of a Wall of Books, Lights, Surveyor, and the City. Each wall contained an aspect of the program, including circulation, storage, and exhibition. The concept of the design is based on regulating lines found through research of Marigny.
