The first floor level contains the family lounge, the master's bedroom ensuite and two other rooms with their terraces. Interestingly, it has amazing void which gives opportunity to see the heart of the main lounge below from the first floor level.

At the third floor is a pent floor where an excellent view of the building environment can be felt or seen. Here, we have an open air terrace only.
