Casa Anaya sits on a hilltop in Tijuana offering views of the city below,  the Pacific Ocean and the mountain ranges in south eastern Santa Diego County beyond.

The concrete, steel and stone "V" shaped residence is the first house completed by the award winning studio and the first project designed and executed outside of North America by principal, Peter Zellner.

ZELLNERPLUS worked in close collaboration with architect and developer Alfonso Medina of T38studio on the project.
