The complex contains 4 main buildings: Main Hospital (Core - Pediatric and Women's Hospital - Cardiovascular Hospital - General Hospital - Psychiatric Hospital), Rehabilitation Hospital, High Security Forensic Hospital, Administration Building and 1 Technical Services Center, of total area of 397.39100m2; and 1583 beds.

Managed the architectural design and overall implementation of the Kayseri Integrated Health Campus PPP Project, which encompassed four main hospitals and additional facilities with a total area of 397,391 m² and 1,583 beds.

Led the coordination of architectural, structural, and electromechanical drawings during the design phase, ensuring that all aspects of the project were aligned with the project goals and complied with local and international standards.

Directed the preparation of application drawings, technical documentation, and detailed project plans for site implementation, ensuring that all documents were accurate and met project requirements.

Collaborated closely with project stakeholders, including governmental bodies, contractors, and consultants, to resolve design and construction issues, maintain project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Supervised the architectural team, providing guidance in the preparation of detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications, and played a key role in the bidding process by preparing tender documents and evaluating service providers.
