My role includes taking projects through all phases from schematic design and construction documents; product and material research, technical detailing, consultant coordination, 3D visualization - modeling and producing photo realistic renderings, construction and project management; Developing highly clear and precise construction document sets suitable for acquiring building permits and subsequent construction using variety of CAD software.
