I have experienced 15 years in the architectural & construction field, 8 of them as a Project Manager. My experience in architecture comes in many design fields like residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, urban design, city planning, education and infrastructure. In that time frame, I have learned to:

• Complete all phases of design.
• Become a leader by educating other team members as well as gain new knowledge to be successful in my career.
• Manage team workloads in order to complete project schedules.
• Coordinate all disciplines by running clash-free tests through programs like Revit and Navisworks in order to minimize change orders and RFIs’.
• Respond to RFIs by resolving complex design issues in field.
• Write and/or modify specification sections to suit project standards.
• Not only deal with client needs but handle requirements of GM/trades/sub-contractors.

In addition, I am a self-motivator, a risk taker and a hard worker in what I do. This requires intelligence, accuracy, consistency, and speed. Also pushing to strive forward, I am working on completing my ARE 5.0 exams in order to get licensed in the New York/New Jersey area.
