The project involved a combination and gut renovation in a post war
condo building in Greenwich Village. A studio and a one-bedroom
apartment were combined and converted to a three bedroom two bathroom
apartment.

Scope involved reorganizing the kitchen and bathrooms
to create a larger living dining kitchen area and a master bedroom with
walk in closet and en-suite master bathroom. Four sets of exterior
windows were replaced with new energy efficient triple glazed windows.
New custom-built millwork was installed in all the bedrooms. New
flooring, finishes, fittings and high end appliances were installed
throughout the apartment.
