This remodel of an English Country house built in the 1930s was done as a modern interpretation of the work of C.F.A.Voysey, Eyre and their contemporaries.
An insensitively placed porte-cochere was removed to allow for a new gabled facade that announces the entry. We added a new wing to reinforce the pool axis and expand the family rooms and master suite.
Interior moldings, fireplaces and details, redesigned from classical sources, embellish the formal rooms and articulate the interior.
