> A 2,65,000 sq.ft.; 300 Bed Multi-specialty hospital in Navi Mumbai.
- Assist in preparing final detail finishes drawings for the final stage of project
completion.
- Review on-site construction and prepare the as-built set for municipal approvals.
VEERMATA JIJABAI TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE BOYS HOSTEL, MUMBAI
> A 90,000 sq.ft.; student housing hostel, currently under construction in Mumbai.
- Carry out 3D and 2D designs as required.
- Review existing and prepare new working drawings required for construction.
- Prepare interior layouts, furniture design, and drawings for approvals.
- Attend meetings with MEP consultants and assist the design team with approval drawing preparation.
BOMBAY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, MUMBAI
> Promoted as Lead Architect for restoration and refurbishment project of a 40,000 sq.ft. $1.8 million heritage residential and school building in Mumbai.
> The project was awarded Runner-up for Zone Z2 at the IIID Awards 2019, under the category of Institutional and Public Spaces.
- Lead design, planning, and construction at the site. Prepared layouts, drawings, 3D designs, and preliminary sketches.
- Participate in the development of specifications, policies, guidelines, and procedures with the school administration, M.E.P, and structural consultants.
- Provide clear and unambiguous direction to members of the project team.
- Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure compliance with order documentation.
- Visit and review site to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and the quality is satisfactory.

PALLADIUM DESIGN BAR, CHENNAI
> Converting a 2,600 sq.ft. commercial store into a bar in Palladium mall, Chennai.
- Research and development of new composite material for high sound absorption.
- Design of ceiling installation comprising of 21-kilometer long steel cables and a
central chandelier comprising of 7000 plumb bobs that vibrate in different patterns at different frequencies of sound.
LOGITECH PARK ROOFTOP CAFE, MUMBAI
> Design a 11,600 sq.ft. cafe on the rooftop of an existing commercial office building in Mumbai. Construction currently awaiting municipal approvals.
- Prepare layout design, 3d model, execution drawings, bills of quantity.
- Attend client meetings and assist the structural design team for approval drawing preparation.
AVADH UTOPIA RESTAURANT, SURAT
> Renovating a 2,600 sq.ft. restaurant as per client brief in Surat.
- Lead design, 3D parametric model, and preliminary sketches.
- Provide clear and unambiguous direction for the construction of arches as per the design to members of the construction team on site.
