For this specific Store, we have to deal with so elements because of existing situation, we currently have half walls, which our client wants to change to full height, we also have openings through the walls that we have to close them up, another thing that we need to change is to build a wall to create a room in back side of the store. 
So dealing with building permits and also getting permits from the mall with the limited time we have is one of our big concerns in this project.
