Architect/ Brand Designer responsible for conception, design, detailing and management of construction administration for all new build-outs, interiors, FF&E and remodel projects for this growing restaurant chain headquartered in Hawaii. From the design office in LA, we head up the project management and lead design role. Project scope ranges from $150-500k remodel/additions to $5m new build-outs. We handle the specification of all finishes, the design of kitchen and back of house as well as the design, detail and purchasing of all FF&E, signage and decor for the Monkeypod Kitchen and Moku Kitchen chain.

Working closely with a team we develop the branding design package for each chain including conception, graphic design, menu, uniforms, web and all aspects of identity.
