Melissa Maiocco went to school for her bachelors degree at The Art Institute of California. While attending school she worked at an Interior design firm in West Los Angeles. There she began to learn the business aspects of the interior design industry. After years of dedication to that firm Melissa opened up Maiocco Designs.
Melissas' design interest originated with contemporary design. After working in the industry she developed an appreciation of all types of design. By having this open minded opinion of the design world it has allowed her to work with all types of clients. “ I strongly believe my clients homes should reflect their tastes not mine, this is why I work with them to develop their own creative master piece for each room through out the house.” Melissa has worked on elaborate traditional to simple contemporary homes all over the Los Angeles area. Each one reflecting the clients personal taste.
