of architectural projects, mainly NYC residential, and assisting in growing the firm from working on two projects at a time to upwards of twenty.
Recent work moved towards more Passive House projects, and my involvement included design development on a Passive House for Northern Michigan. We also worked on one of the first approved substantial Passive House window replacements within the Tribeca LPC districts. Project Designer working in a small office, and responsible for all levels of work output in a collaborative environment, from Schematics through Construction Administration. Also responsible for updating marketing materials and working on speculative proposals.
Most of the work was in High End Residential condo renovations and houses on Long Island and Upstate New York. I was responsible for a Green Prefabrication prototype design in consultation with a prefab company. The company also worked as a partner office with FX Fowle on Urban Planning projects in Dubai and India. The company maintained a percentage of pro-bono clients as part of the firm ethic.
