With 30+ years experience in design, project management and construction, I have worked in many capacities from Project Architect and Draftsman to Project Manager and Site Superintendent. Though I seem to have an affinity for the design, restoration and, construction of high end residential NYC properties, I have also worked in many other fields including hospitality (hotels, casinos, and cruise ships), schools, laboratories, mass transit and, sanitation. I feel comfortable in the office and in the field, equally, and am constantly learning about new materials, construction techniques, and design ideas, allowing me to adapt to situations fluidly.
