The Ophelia Brown Lawson Pre-school Facility was partially funded by Miami-Dade County and partly funded by Head Start, a Federal program.
It included 6 regular classrooms, each with its own children's bathroom, 1 multi-purpose room, administrative offices, reception and waiting area for the parents, public and staff toilets, and a covered play area and playground.
