Harper's Bookstores opened his new location in Chelsea by end of year 2022. They specialize in rare photography, art, and literary books.

As the lead architectural designer of the project, the aim was to focus on the books by creating custom made millwork that showcased the vast variety of titles that the bookstore offers. The main attraction were the sliding full height glass panels that secured and protected the most rare and unique written works from different authors. 

The bookstore also combines art pieces in both floors. This way, the space combines the essence of Harper's, the gallery and the bookstore.
