Began as an architectural designer in the commercial remodel team and mainly worked on the construction documents and permitting phases with some site visits to do measuring, photo taking of the existing conditions. The last 6 months I became a Project Manager for the same team and my responsibilities consisted of meeting fast deadlines, running meetings with the consultants and my supervisor. I also was responsible for doing the construction documents and sending the final documents to the city.
The programs I used for this firm was mostly revit with some autocad and sketchup.

My tasks consisted in helping with production of the CD's, designing small projects from schematic design all the way to construction documents phase and finally sending the final set to the city for approval. I was lucky to do several occupant load calculations for small commercial remodel projects. The program we used was Architecture AutoCAD.
