I am Maisan. an architect, a landscape architect, and a 3D visualizer. My work journey started in the second year of my architecture studies, in 2012, when I was an intern in a small office in my city, where I learned AutoCAD and plan arrangements. Later that year, I started learning 3D modeling and applying it to my school projects. After graduation, I got my first real job as an architect/ CG Artist working remotely with an architectural office that provides design services in Qatar (Phi Studio). My tasks were to provide designs with full documentation and 3D renderings for festivals and retail shops. I was also working with a local office doing designs and executing them in my city Tartous.
I moved to Hungary in 2017 with a scholarship and got my master's in Landscape Architecture and Garden Design in 2020. During that time I refined my design sensibilities, and I noticed how much I enjoyed the design process and the decision-making in planning any site. Before graduating, I started working remotely with Mistecture, a Canadian architectural firm, where I worked on clinical, commercial, and residential projects and was involved in all stages of the project, from the design phase with preliminary plans and 3D renders to final execution plans.
To enrich my experience, I decided to start looking for tasks with which I could be in direct communication with clients and started an Upwork account. With it, I had experience in applying for projects and dealing with clients. I became a top-rated talent with multiple repeating clients and 5-star reviews.
