About

I joined the industry in 1997, with Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning. I started building my career in design-build company after which I was recommended to join design studio in Laguna Hills, California, where core of the design work was focused on “high end” residential projects. After being with the company for two years, I received a promotion to a senior designer. My responsibilities were widen from working on design and construction drawings to managing and mentoring team of designers. From 2006 to 2009 I joined the planning firm, where I was involved in creating urban and regional master plans, environmental and feasibility analysis, such as: social, environmental, cultural and visual studies. In 2009 a design-build company from Long Island, NY brought me to the East Coast, where I continue working in the field, closest to my heart – multi acres estates.

My combined,  experience  from Southern California and the East Coast (Hamptons and North Shore of Long Island, where I currently reside), helped me to acquire pretty broad range of skills in creating conceptual design and abilities to turn it into a digital or hand drawn presentations. I have very strong technical knowledge in preparing construction documentation, such as: grading and drainage, planting, irrigation, lighting, layout plans, construction details, and any necessary plans needed to support and convey conceptual design. I created and maintained great relationship with clients, regulatory agencies, municipalities, and companies involved in the project.

I’m proficient working in Auto Cad, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, and creating hand-drawn sketches as well. My Photoshop skills are also being utilized to create company’s advertisement and promotional brochures. I worked with Hamptons Magazine, Dan’s Paper and others.

On the personal note, I would like to keep my goals focused on self-improvement and creative type of attitude.

I also love to travel a lot, which helps me to keep an open mind to any innovations, new trends and ideas. Finding world being the biggest source of inspiration traveling will be always big part of my life.
