Found on the suburbs of Athens, Koel is a renovated bistro cafe and patisserie. The client's wish was to generate a space where urban features would compile with playful elements.

Emphasis was given on displaying the patisserie in-house products, while creating an inviting atmosphere. Ceramic tiles, gypsoum decoratives, velvet fabrics, wood components and metal details are all combined in order to produce a bistro worth visiting again and again..
